Nine companies from the SUITz TOKYO Outbound Acceleration Program will present

東京都の協定事業にも採択され実施している、「SUITz Tokyo 〜東京発・Climate Techのグローバルインキュベーションプログラム〜」の第2期のDemoDayを開催します。

The Demo Day for the 2nd phase of the “SUITz Tokyo – Global Incubation Program for Climate Tech from Tokyo,” will be held. This program has been adopted and is being implemented under a Tokyo Metropolitan Government collaboration initiative.

②SUITz TOKYO Inbound Acceleration Program（https://tokyo.suitz.jp/inbound/）
東京での事業展開を志す海外拠点のクライメートテック・スタートアップに対して、同分野で事業を展開する東京拠点の企業との事業共創を支援するプログラム

各種メンタリングやセミナーを通じた支援を経て、マッチングを行うべくピッチイベントを実施します。

本イベントは、①SUITz TOKYO Outbound Acceleration Program第2期のDemoDayです。

About the SUITz Tokyo program
SUITz TOKYO Outbound Acceleration Program
This program provides Tokyo-based Climate Tech startups aiming for overseas expansion with opportunities to match with global venture capital firms specializing in this sector, supporting them in raising funds. (Details here)

SUITz TOKYO Inbound Acceleration Program
This program supports international Climate Tech startups looking to expand their businesses in Tokyo by fostering collaboration with Tokyo-based companies operating in the same field. (Details here)

Through mentoring, seminars, and a pitch event, participants are matched to facilitate collaboration.

This event is the Demo Day for the 2nd batch of the SUITz TOKYO Outbound Acceleration Program.

サステナビリティやウェルビーイング領域などへのエンジェル・ベンチャー投資家、コンサルタント兼ウェルビーイング・コーチ。他、複数社の社外取締役を務め、TokyoWomeninVC理事も務める。日本初ESG重視型ベンチャーキャピタルMPower Partnersの創業にマネージング・ディレクターとして参画し、他複数のVCを率いてきた。環境省「環境スタートアップ大賞」審査委員長や経済産業省　Jスタートアップ推薦委員なども務める。
モルガン・スタンレーの投資銀行部門にてキャリアを開始し、グローバルM&AやIPO業務に従事。後に米国のドローンベンチャーの日本法人を立ち上げ日本代表に。

Eriko Suzuki
CEO of Kind Capital
Eriko is an angel venture investor, consultant and wellbeing coach in the fields of sustainability and wellbeing. She also serves as an outside director for several companies and is a director of TokyoWomeninVC. She participated in the founding of Japan’s first ESG-focused venture capital, MPower Partners, as managing director and has led several other VCs. She also serves as chairman of the judging committee for the Ministry of the Environment’s “Environmental Startup Awards” and as a member of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s J Startup Recommendation Committee. Eriko began her career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, where she worked on global M&A and IPOs. She later founded the Japanese subsidiary of a US drone venture and became its representative in Japan.

テック系コミュニティを率いるソフトウェアエンジニアで、サステナビリティの専門家。
日本に約 13 年間住んでおり、過去 20 年間は日本とアメリカで新規ビジネスとエッジ テクノロジー アプリケーションの開発に携わる。
2018年からはサステナビリティやソーシャル・インパクトに関するプロジェクトに専念。
Dev Japan、Design Japan の創設者で、サスティナビリティとソーシャル・インパクトに取り組むSIVENTHの創業者でもある。 マギル大学でMBA取得。

Kaven Cade Mitchell
Kaven is a software engineer and sustainability expert who leads the tech community. Has lived in Japan for about 13 years and has been involved in developing new businesses and edge technology applications in Japan and the US for the past 20 years. Since 2018, he has been focusing on projects related to sustainability and social impact. He is the founder of Dev Japan and Design Japan, and also the founder of SIVENTH, which works on sustainability and social impact. He obtained an MBA from McGill University.

木村 忠昭

大学院卒業後、大手監査法人に入社し、株式公開支援業務に従事。
その後、2008年よりスタートアップ企業へのハンズオン支援を行い、国内では東京大学発ベンチャーの株式会社ユーグレナはじめ5社が上場、海外においては10社がM&A等によるEXITを果たす。
現在は、イノベーション支援企業である株式会社アドライトの代表として、新規事業化支援総合プログラム「INTRAPRENEURz(イントレプレナーズ)」や、ネットゼロのための共創プラットフォーム「SUITz(スーツ)」の提供を行う。内閣府やJAXAをはじめとする行政機関やコミュニティの委員など多数歴任。

Tadaaki Kimura
CEO of Adlight Inc.
After graduating from graduate school, Tad joined a major auditing firm and worked on IPO support. Since 2008, he has provided hands-on support to startup companies, and has helped five companies, including Euglena Inc., a venture company spun out of the University of Tokyo, to go public, and ten companies overseas to exit through M&A, etc. Currently, as the CEO of adlight Inc., an innovation support company, he provides the new business support program “INTRAPRENEURz” and the co-creation platform “SUITz” for net zero. Tad has served as a committee member for many government agencies and communities, including the Cabinet Office and JAXA.
